1. By using or participating in (as applicable): (a) www.tyronecusack.com and www.tyronespiritmessenger.com (collectively, the “Website”); (b) Tyrone – Spirit Messenger Facebook, Tyrone_Spirit_Messenger Instagram (collectively, “Social Media”), (c) any readings, online or in person, (including, but not limited to one-on-one sittings, public demonstrations of mediumship, workshops, events and any guidance or advise provided therein), (d) energy healings or (e) products or (f) the content on the Website or Social Media (Sections 1(a) through 1(f) collectively, the “Services”), you hereby certify that: (i) you are at least 18 years old; and (ii) you have read, understood and accepted the Disclaimer, and the Terms and Conditions set forth.
2. The Services offered are for entertainment purposes only and are not substitutes for legal, financial, professional, medical or psychiatric advice and/or care. ALL services, readings, products and content provided are subject to your personal interpretation, and no warranties are made with regards to the accuracy, relevancy or quality of information or guidance provided, as the Services are for entertainment purposes only. Results, either expressed or implied, cannot be guaranteed. Any life choices you make must be your own. If you choose to make use of, or rely on any information or guidance provided by the Services offered, you specifically agree to do so at your own risk, assuming full responsibility.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyrone Cusack and his employees and agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any losses, claims or damages of whatever nature, (including, without limitation, physical, emotional, medical, mental, financial, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, reliance, lost or imputed profits, substitute services or otherwise), whether liability is asserted in contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), indemnity or contribution, resulting from the use or misuse of any suggestions made, information or content given in any Services, the Website and Social Media.
4. Tyrone Cusack and his employees and agents, (collectively, “We”) reserve the right to refuse or terminate any Services to anyone, should we determine in our own discretion, that you are causing disruption, acting inappropriately, or at risk or under the influence of alcohol or substances. We may direct you to an appropriate organisation for assistance. We also reserve the right to terminate this website at any time.
5. You are welcome to audio record your private readings only, (each, an “Audio Recording”). Any Audio Recording taken is for personal use only. You may not publish an Audio Recording on social media, any website or elsewhere, without the prior written consent of Tyrone Cusack. Video recordings and Audio recordings at group events are strictly prohibited, without the prior written consent of Tyrone Cusack.
6. PRIVATE READINGS & HEALING APPOINTMENTS: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled private appointment. If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you may either reschedule your appointment or be fully refunded. If you cancel within less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you are not eligible for a refund. Should Tyrone Cusack cancel, all funds will be returned. If you are late for your session, Tyrone Cusack will do his best to honour your time but unfortunately cannot go over the time allocated to your session.
7. EVENTS, WORKSHOPS AND DEVELOPMENT COURSES: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. All cancellations of 14 days or more are eligible for a full refund; however, cancellations received within less than 14 days cannot be refunded. You will not be eligible for any refunds, partial or otherwise, should you arrive late or fail to attend your booked event, workshop or development course. Should Tyrone Cusack cancel, all funds will be returned.
8. During private group sessions and events, people ages 15-18 are welcome only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Tyrone Cusack recommends this due to the deep emotional work or subjects that may be covered which is not intended for a younger audience.

9. These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English Law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
